Owner is an amazing, talked to me and my friends and talked about the business and his story of getting the place. I've been here before a year ago and the food this time was way different in a good way. Food is really high quality and tasted amazing...
I have enjoyed coming here for a few years now and the flavors and quality of food has always been great. If you are looking for a must try bahn mi you have to come here. I'd also recommend their bone broth as it is worth trying on its own or in the pho.
I really like Vietnamese food. A close friend of the family owns a great mom and pop Vietnamese restaurant in Philadelphia and this reminds me of that. The broth was rich. The brisket flavorful. I also enjoyed the Ahi salad. Will definitely be back.
I ordered the vermicelli bowl with lemongrass beef. I really enjoyed this meal! The bowl was huge and most people could probably split it with a friend. The flavor was great and the ingredients seemed high quality and very fresh.
